Lead Teacher – A creative, dynamic individual with current MA SPED certification who will design and teach project-based interdisciplinary core courses in a multi-age, diverse ability learning environment. Prior high school teaching experience and proven skill in student-centered, differentiated instruction is required. Must be passionate about and have lived experience in or with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Teacher – A creative, energetic individual with MA teaching licensure (or commitment to obtain licensure within one year) who is passionate about creating positive and inclusive learning environments for teens and who will develop and teach project-based interdisciplinary core courses in a multi-age, diverse ability classroom. Experience supporting students with social-emotional or learning disabilities required. Must be committed to and have lived experience in or with the LGBTQIA+ community.

 

Therapist – A trauma-informed therapist with experience supporting LGBTQIA+ teens and their families who possesses well-developed communication and organizational skills, an appreciation of the therapeutic value of nature and community, and the ability to empower teens to discover, embrace, and celebrate their most authentic selves. Must be passionate about and have lived experience in or with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Nurse – An insightful, compassionate, cool-headed individual who is passionate about supporting the social-emotional and mental health of LGBTQIA+ teens and is excited to collaborate with school staff and leadership on wellness education and activities. Must be committed to or have lived experience in or with the LGBTQIA+ community.
